10jili Terms and Conditions for Filipino Members

To register and use a 10jili account, you must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of the Philippines. By completing the registration process, you confirm that all information you have provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. Each member is permitted to hold only one account — creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts. 10jili reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, or location at any point during your membership. If verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction, we reserve the right to restrict or close the account in question. You are solely responsible for ensuring that online gaming is permitted under the laws applicable to you in your location before you register.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. All activity that occurs under your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility, and 10jili cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions. In cases of suspected fraud or illegal activity, account funds may be withheld pending investigation. Members wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time — any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with standard procedures provided no breach has been identified. Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be subject to administrative closure following prior notification to the registered email address. Reactivation of closed accounts is subject to review and is not guaranteed.

10jili provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose beyond entertainment.
